Stormy Spring
Hi,
The wind is strongly throwing snow flakes into my studio window as I sip my coffee. It seems someone shook the snowball that is this island and all you can see is snow flying in circles.
The wind will eventually stop and the snow will settle…
In the meantime, I’m making sourdough bread.

Even though it’s stormy outside…
Inside our home it’s warm and plenty of sun comes in, inviting me to start planting seeds…
I’m planting mint for tea, strawberries for the challenge and basil because I know it works
I’m taking a chance…
Starting this month I want to host online drawing dates on my own…
I’ve been hosting drawing dates at @o.expressoclub and will keep doing it 🎨
I just want to open my horizons and start inviting people here in Iceland as well, maybe it will bring me new opportunities and also new friends 🐼🌈

I also recorded a new episode of our Podcast, probably the only one for this month
It’s about 5pm and the bread will soon be ready for the oven…
I will soak handpicked blóðberg in hot water, prepare the table with honey and butter, lit the candles…
I must enjoy this sweet moment with Tomas who is missing me for sure… After all, I’ve been writing and recording and blogging since early in the morning.
But life is waiting for me, as I’m sure you understand :^)
